These images are from two of 'The Broadway Books' set of free gifts given away with the first six issues of The Skipper back in September & October 1930. There were twelve books in the full set with two being given free with each comic. The two books were joined together and the buyer had to cut the books apart hence the top and bottom edges of these books often look very ragged. |
